Entry #1. My Hobby.

     A personal hobby of mine is that I love to workout. Not only is working out a healthy habit to have, but it can also be therapeutic. Some people work out just to have time to themselves and feel peace from the outside world. Imagine having your headphones on listening to music and just cutting off the outside world as you work on yourself. Being healthy and having a good workout routine can also just help you become your best self. 

    Working out doesn't have to be going to the gym or having to get a full workout equipment. It can be as simple as taking a walk or hiking a mountain or playing a sport. Personally, I love to go to a soccer field and train. Whether it's running around the field or just taking shots on goal, there are always things other than the gym that you can do to have a great workout. Hiking - Grand Teton National Park (U.S. National Park Service)

    Ever since I was 4 years old, I was always into sports. It allowed me to create goals for myself in the future. For me, it isn't about having to work out or needing to; I get to workout. It has always been just something I do and continue to do. Eventually, I fell in love with it. The feeling of becoming stronger and healthier is one of the best things I have felt.
